Are you a chair manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Frames are cut, welded and finished in our own workshop in Longjiang, Foshan, and upholstery is sewn and assembled in-house. There is no intermediary between your order and the production line, so specification changes are answered the same day.
Why are so many chair factories in Foshan?
Foshan's Shunde district, and Longjiang in particular, has concentrated furniture production since the 1980s. Timber yards, metal-tube suppliers, foam plants, powder-coating lines, fabric markets and hardware vendors sit within a few kilometres, so a chair can be built, refinished and re-sampled without leaving the district. That density is why Foshan pricing and sampling speed are hard to match elsewhere in China.
What is the minimum order quantity for dining chairs from Foshan?
MOQ is from 6 pcs per model, and a mixed container is fine — you can combine models and categories in one order rather than deepening a single SKU. Sample orders below MOQ are accepted and the sample fee is refunded against the bulk order.
How long does production and shipping take?
Sampling runs 7–12 days. Bulk production is 30–35 days after deposit and artwork approval, plus 3–5 days for pre-shipment inspection and container loading. Sea freight from Foshan to Europe is typically 30–40 days and to North America 25–35 days, depending on port and carrier.
Can you match a price I was quoted elsewhere?
Send the specification behind the quote — frame material, finish, foam density, upholstery and packaging. Price in this industry is set by those five variables, not by the photo. If a quote looks unusually low, one of them has been downgraded, and we will tell you which.
Do you sign an NDA and work from drawings?
Yes. We sign an NDA before any file exchange. Send a drawing, a photo or a physical sample and we return a technical drawing, BOM and EXW or DDP price. Tooling is owned by you and stored separately from catalogue production.
