Technical drawing, BOM and EXW / DDP price, with feasibility feedback where a detail drives cost.
7–12 days in your chosen fabric and finish. Sample fee refunded on the bulk order.
Bending moulds, jigs and dies opened in-house. Tooling cost refunded once volume is reached.
30–35 days with inline QC, pre-shipment report and container loading photos.
Specs and tooling kept on file for 3 years, so re-orders match the original shipment.

We work under NDA with retailers, Amazon brands and hospitality groups. Your drawings and tooling are never shown to other buyers or listed in our catalogue.
QC gates
Timber moisture, steel gauge, fabric colour fastness and foam density checked before production.
Welding, joint tightness and frame squareness inspected on the line.
Upholstery alignment, coating, hardware and stability checked piece by piece.
AQL 2.5 sampling, photo report and carton drop-test before container loading.
